Since High School:

I graduated Northwestern University with
a BA in History; married Brad Olsen
(PTHS class of '66); graduated Loyola
University of Chicago with a JD; divorced;
worked for two corporations in-house and
then moved to New Orleans in 1986 to go
into private practice.

I am currently a partner at Phelps Dunbar
LLP practicing toxic torts and I am the
chair of the DRI Toxic Torts and
Environmental Law Committee.  Although
my house did not flood from Hurricane
Katrina, I could not come home for six
weeks.   During that time, I worked in
Baton Rouge where fellow PTHS'67
graduate Nancy Maddocks (Brown)
graciously provided a place for me to
stay.

When not riding out hurricanes, I enjoy
traveling to Europe and Asia as well as
renovating my 100-year-old house,
playing tennis, antiquing, and sampling
the fabulous New Orleans cuisine.
